Alaska Sport Fishing Trips

“Uyak Bay is considered one of the best sport fishing locations in the world.”

Whether you want to land the “barn door halibut,” battle the fighting Coho or the mighty King, we offer a fishing adventure that will become your favorite fish story for life. Numerous species are found in the immediate area including:

⊙ King salmon
⊙ Silver salmon
⊙ Pink and Chum salmon
⊙ Halibut
⊙ Sea Bass
⊙ Yellow Eye

In fact, catching 9 to12 different species of fish in a single outing is common. And unlike other spots where you fish in the middle of a crowd, our remote location assures you of privacy in a bay with salmon, halibut and rockfish. On board our landing craft, the Shelbee-D, you’ll see a variety of marine life on the ride to the best fishing spots. We provide all the gear and bait you need.

You can fish several ways
⊙ Saltwater trolling for salmon & halibut
⊙ Casting from beaches for dolly vardon & salmon
⊙ Jigging for salmon, halibut and rockfish
⊙ Fresh water creek/river fly and spin fishing
